IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE will process your personal data, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

Manage their requests for information, consultation or complaints, including all the steps and/or procedures necessary to process this request.
 
To comply with the legally established obligations, as well as to verify the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.
In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE will process the following categories of personal data:

Identifying and professional contact data: name, cognoms, telephone or mobile number and e-mail address.
Location data of the address you wish to apply for search: province, city, area, zip code, auxiliary area, property address, number and floor.
Details of the property you wish to apply for search: type of property, number of rooms, useful meters, built meters, plot meters, extra meters.
Economic data of the property you wish to apply for search: minimum and/or maximum sale or rental price.

The user guarantees at all times that the personal data provided are true and up to date, and is responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation. In those cases in which the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer to you the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE from any liability in this regard. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE will be able to carry out the verifications that it considers appropriate to verify this fact, adopting the measures of due diligence that correspond in accordance with the regulations of protection of personal data in force at each moment.

3.    LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

The legitimacy on the part of IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE to carry out the treatment of your personal data is the consent of the user, requested for the specific case. However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously. Likewise, the personal data of the interested party may be used for the fulfillment of the different legal obligations of IMMOBILIÀRIA ONE.

In case of any violation of your rights, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
